Waste Water Treatment Plant Project (SWTP-9) – Jubail (Phase 1 - Stage 6)
This project will be located at Jubail in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The plant will treat sewage from Jubail Industrial City.Leading Constractor has been awarded the main contract worth $133.3 million. It also includes carrying out expansion of a waste water treatment plant by 200,000 cubic metres a day (cm/d). The project involves the expansion of a sanitary waste water treatment plant placed in Jubail Industrial City. The Sanitary Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion is to be designed and built to treat incoming sanitary wastewater from Jubail and its Industrial City. The expansion will comprise of a ‘stand-alone’ treatment works, designed and constructed for sanitary wastewater treatment.
