The project's scope of work consists of 5,750 villas each comprising 2 floors located in Khashm Al-Aan, Riyadh Province, east of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project also includes a main road more than 160 kilometres long with secondary routes and related services, a sewage treatment plant and waters above and below ground. These villas will be built at Khashm Al Aan in Riyadh. Scope of work also entails construction of a complete road, infrastructure and landscaping with a comprehensive urban matrix and public services program inclusive of religious, civic, educational, recreational, commercial, retail, health, security, emergency and parking facilities for a total built-up area of 700,000 square meters.
