This project involves construction of Telal Al Ghoroob residential complex in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and cover a total built-up area of 134,346 square meters. It will offer (1,514) housing units. The scheme also involves 5 mosques, 9 schools, 6 commercial facilities, 3 kindergartens, a security center, a civil defense center, and 3 parks and gardens.
