The Tabuk Park Mall project will be located at Tabuk in Saudi Arabia and cover a land area of 165,000 square meters, with a gross lease area of 70,612 square meters. The project involves Construction of a new shopping mall comprising a hypermarket, different showrooms, entertainment area, a diverse food court and parking for (2,000) cars. Park Mall will be a highly recognized quality shopping mall in Tabuk having same standards as those offered by the best internationally recognized high end projects in developed countries. It will include a fashion zone, various international and local retail shops, family centered entertainment, food and beverage outlets. A full range of F&B outlets will be offered across the scheme ranging from commercial outlets to boutique dining restaurants. Introducing a new concept of an external and internal garden has been incorporated into the design bringing a new and varied shopping experience to Tabuk.
