Subsea Systems Installation Project - Berri & Marjan Offshore Fields
This project involves installation of sub-sea systems at Berri and Marjan offshore fields in Saudi Arabia. The project consists with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the installation of sub-sea systems. This agreements allude to, separately, the improvement of seaward fields in Berri and Marjan, situated in the Arabian Gulf, which are among the most essential seaward fields in the Region. this exercises incorporate the plan, designing, acquisition, development, establishment and execution of subsea frameworks notwithstanding the laying of pipelines, subsea links and umbilicals, stage decks and coats. Italian oil and gas contractor has been awarded two contracts worth $1.3bn for offshore deals. Saipem is part of AramcoÂ’s long-term agreement (LTA) pool of offshore contractors. The two contracts are for engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) work on the offshore Berri and Marjan fields. SaipemÂ’s scope of work under the deals includes design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and implementation of subsea systems, in addition to the laying of pipelines, subsea cables and umbilicals, platform decks and jackets.
