This project will be located at Al Fulaij new area in Wilayat of Ibra in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate of Oman and stretch over 262,000 square metres. The project also consist of Structures for organization, Preparing field, Living arrangement, Sports utilities, VIP gallerie, Ten-path olympic-measure pool with temperature control, Gathering room, Wellness corridors, Related offices. The project is about Construction, Completion and Maintenance of a Sports Complex, including a football pitch as per world class standards, with capacity to accommodate 15,000 soccer fans. The stadium will be equipped with TV transmission technologies. The project also includes multipurpose sports hall as per international standards for handball, volleyball and basketball with seating for 1,100 fans. It will be provided with other sports and service facilities, such as conference room, gym halls and a management building. The venture includes development of a games complex which is situated in Ibra. The undertaking will spread over a territory of square meters. The undertaking will likewise incorporate: - Football arena of worldwide measures with a limit of seats. Multi-reason exercise center, Indoor lobby for handball, volleyball, and b-ball.
