This project involves construction of Spimaco Addwaeih Tower at Al Sahafah area in Riyadh. The scope of work of this project involves construction of the commercial tower comprising a basement, ground floor and 20 additional floors . The office tower spreading over a land area of 16,000 sq.m. covering a total built up area (BUA) of 23,000 sq.m. SPIMACO ADDWAEIH recognizes its responsibility towards meeting customer requirements and satisfaction by applying quality criteria in all business aspects within the organization. Furthermore, SPIMACO has developed and sustained a strong position in Saudi Arabia in terms of growth, serving export markets and a preferred partner in local and international alliances. A Local Trading & Contracting Group has been appointed as the main contractor. Raft foundation works are currently in progress.
