This project involves construction of 23-storey commercial building “Sol Bay Tower” on Plot No. 346-595 at Business Bay (BB.A.06.007) in Dubai. The Height of the tower will be 95 metres (312 feet). It will comprise: • Three (3) basement levels, • A ground floor, • Two (2) podiums and • Seventeen (17) floors plus roof. The project will be an ultra-modern commercial building housing multi-cuisine restaurants and retail outlets, offices and business centres. Business Bay is one of the most dynamic business locations in Dubai incorporating modern business towers that will define a new building skyline. The Sol Bay Tower located on a prime corner plot features offices and retail component. This midrise tower is also one of the largest Architecture developments in Dubai. The building form is clean, consisting of a simple parti, which contains three masses, two of which house the loft units, while the detachment is made by the halls. The third mass is the platform that goes about as the base of the pinnacle. The façade treatment is additionally exceptionally spotless and current. A clean masonry?like design comprising of the uncovered flat floor sections and vertical components go about as a shroud over the structure coating and glass rails of the apartment balconies. Local General Contracting Company has been appointed as the main contractor. Enabling works are currently in progress.
