The property will be able to enjoy a wide range of restaurants and lounge concepts in addition to a rooftop bar and a lounge with panoramic views over the city and will also offer tailor-made meeting facilities, swimming pools, a SO Fit and a SO Spa. Tower 2 – Sofitel Hotel (5-star) This building shall be operated by Sofitel Hotel and stands 203m tall, has 3 basements, ground floor, mezzanine and 47 floors (including MEP).The parking has 350 spaces in the basement and 55 on the ground floor. The tower 2 has a total GFA of 37,805.5 sqm from a plot area of 5,320 m2 with a total number of 426 rooms. in concept stage and is expected to be completed by 2019
