Construction a new indoor 132/13.8kV Gas Insulated Smart Digital Substation.This project involves construction of Al Malqaa Substation 8278. This project involves construction of 132kV underground cable to connect Al Malqaa Substation 8278, located at Malqaa in Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. Scope of work includes design, supply and installation of one (1) 132kV underground cable circuit, single cable/phase, consisting of three Single core, 1200 Sq.mm, XLPE, copper cable with metallic shield copper wire and copper tape, to be laid between the substation 8278 and substation 8095. Approximate Route Length of circuit is 4.1Km. Scope of work also includes design, supply and install one (1) new 132kV underground cable circuit, single cable/phase, consisting of three Single core, 1200 Sq.mm, XLPE, copper cable with metallic shield copper wire and copper tape, to be laid between the Substation 8278 and substation 8216. Approximate Route Length of circuit is 3.8 Km. All required link boxes, SVLs, insulated joints, earthing along with fiber optic cables, duct banks, HDD, hand holes, Man holes & trenches for power cables as well as for Non-metallic Fiber Optic Cables and other accessories will be part of the project. The Contractor shall perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of new cable work in a satisfactorily working and operating condition to Saudi Electricity Company. Contractor needs to achieve the final acceptance of the works by 26 months from Contract Signing Date.
