This project is located at Shurayrah Island as part of Red Sea Development in Saudi Arabia. The project involves construction of a hotel. (Al Shurayrah P7 - Central Hotel 2). Designed as part of the first phase of the Red Sea Project, it aims to be part of the world’s most ambitious tourism development. Developed by the Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC), the project is one of two hotels on the island, the first planned by Kengo Kuma. It is expected to be completed by end of 2023.
