The Riyadh Park Mall project will be located on Alkhair road with Northern Ring in Riyadh and cover a land area of 132,000 square meters, with a gross lease area of 92,000 square meters. The project consists with the task of Construction of a new shopping mall comprising a Hypermarket, Entertainment Area, a Diverse Food Court and Luxury Area Restaurants, including parking for cars. The scheme is being implemented in partnership with local Company. The $133m (SAR500m) project is a luxury retail and leisure mall including an external boulevard and an internal plaza area with entertainment and leisure areas. The project landscaping will continue al al fresco theme within the mall, which will contain a fashion zone, restaurants, cafes and kiosks. There will also be parking for 2,000 cars. Local Contractors has been appointed as the main contractor. Ground floor structural works are currently in progress.
