This project involves construction of Redwood Park Townhouses at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai. The project is about Construction of (75) townhouses comprising a ground floor and an additional floor offering a unique collection of spacious -bedroom units. Redwood Park consists of spectacular fairway views of the Fire golf course. The project scope of work is to design with the same elegance and aesthetics that are a hallmark of Jumeirah Golf Estates and inspired by the Tuscan countryside, The project features with a unique lifestyle experience and superior quality. The project also infused with Rooftop decks provide a very private entertainment space in some homes overlooking the golf course. In this project the materials which used in the facade are mostly plaster and cast stone mouldings, while the roofs mostly use burnt clay tiles, similar to those found in Tuscany. The project also offers a swimming pool for kids with golf course view, kids play area with tensile shade, green park, paved walkways, barbeque kiosk, visitors' parking, fountain; hard and soft landscaping, which includes grass, bushes, trees, walkways and water features. It is understood that bids have been submitted for the main contract. Evaluation of bids is currently underway. The scheme is slated for completion by December 2016.
