This project involves the development of Qetaifan Island North located at Qetaifan Island, Lusail City in Doha, Qatar. It is a cluster of four islands off the Lusail coast is an overall luxury resort environment shaped by the historical, natural, and cultural influences of Qatar. The Qetaifan Islands are are recognized into two elements: Qetaifan Island North (The Resort Island) and Qetaifan Island South (The Commons Islands) and the two islands are associated with the Lusail territory through two famous hanging spans. The first phase includes an aqua park, a four-star hotel comprising 400 rooms, , as well as the infrastructure on an estimated area of 350,000 square meters from a total area of 1.4 million square meters and phase two will include a linear park, mixed-use residential complex, retail plaza, souq and staff accommodation.a linear park, mixed-use residential complex, retail plaza, souq and staff accommodation. The island promises exclusive property with communal areas, with the villas are set in the dune-grassed landscaping with boardwalks as well as pools and spas. Client is working in cooperation with a Real Estate Development Co on this development. The scheme has been awarded but the details of the contractor has not been disclosed. The development is expected to be completed by 2025-end.
