The Pentominium Tower will form part of Dubai Marina development. The scope of work of this project involves construction of 516-metre-high, 122-storey tower comprising 172 Nos. luxury penthouses . The tower will cover a total built-up area (BUA) of 171,500 square metres. The Pentominium will be the tallest all-residential building in the world upon completion if construction resumes and it currently has the highest projected height of any residential building under construction. It has been described as "one of the most architecturally significant projects in the city currently under construction" due to the "large number of offset cantilevered spa gardens and apartments down one side [which create] an imbalance for the building and, as a result, some fairly significant building sways which have to be corrected during construction. "Pentominium" is a portmanteau of the words "penthouse" and "apartment suite". Each private floor will have only one 4-bedroom loft of more than 600 m2 (6,500 sq ft). Comforts accessible to inhabitants incorporate a pool, a perception deck, a private cinema, a gym and a banqueting lobby, a business center & alongside a cigar lounge. Hong Kong- based company has been appointed as the main consultant. Dubai-based company is the interior designer on this scheme.
