This project will be located at Mahbas Al-Jin district of Makkah in Saudi Arabia. The project is about Construction of a 4-star hotel offering Luxurious rooms. Radisson Hotel Group has signed a management agreement with Investment for this scheme. The four-star hotel will offer (150) rooms with an all-day dining restaurant, one meeting room, male and female gyms, and individual prayer rooms. Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom fitted with a bath. All rooms are Non Smoking.The hotel has a 24 hour front desk. a business centre and shops at the property.Other facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a wellness center, the Italian restaurant Bocca Buona and the Modon Café. The room hotel has a range of rooms and suites. Guests have a choice of standard or superior rooms and executive suites with their own interior design.The facilities also include an outdoor swimming pool, a wellness center and the gourmet restaurant RBG. The meeting and events spaces have two meeting rooms, six workshop rooms and a 412 sq.m ballroom for hosting banquets, weddings and gala dinners. The main consultant for the project is expected to be appointed by Q1 of 2019. The project is currently in the planning phase and the construction is expected to be completed by Q2 of 2021.
