This project involves construction of a residential tower located at West Bay, Doha, Qatar. Construction of a 30-storey residential building comprising 4 basements, a ground floor and 29 additional floors. The tower will have traditional muscharabir patterns which give a traditional Arabic night-identity to the modern building. The world biggest LED-screen is part of the architecture. The tower incorporates the Media RETRO facade and RETROluxtherm blinds into its design which will allow images to be projected onto the outside of the facade making this not only a fully functioning skyscraper but also a massive communal television.The project is currently in tendering stage and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2020.
