The project involves construction of One Zabeel high-rise tower. This tower will be built in the World Trade Center area of Dubai . The development will consist of two towers linked by a suspended bridge located between the Dubai World Trade Center and Zabeel Park. The cantilever will be floating at 100 meters above ground.The project has a total built up area of 480,000 square meters . The towers comprising 67 and 57 stories high, respectively, constructed atop a retail podium. The project also includes office spaces, a 3-storey retail podium at ground level, named The Gallery, will house retail outlets as well as several retail and leisure facilities., and a panoramic sky concourse. The project will also feature the worldÂ’s largest cantilever, The Linx, floating at 100 meters above ground and offering fine restaurants and lounges. The project is understood to be still in early stages. A consultancy team has recently been appointed. An architect, structural engineer & a project manager has already hired. The building has been designed as a new landmark structure for Dubai, with the design being chosen ahead of proposals from at least three other leading international design firms.
