This project involves construction of Nord Anglia International School on Plot No. P15-RT6 at Al Reem, the new central business district of Abu Dhabi. The scope of work of this project involves construction of a new school comprising a ground floor and 2 additional floors with capacity to accommodate 2,250 numbers of students in the campus set in spacious grounds close to Abu Dhabi's new central business district, offering premium K-12 education. It will feature extensive sports, science and arts facilities for students from the age of three to 18. It includes admin office, classroom, staff room, library, auditorium, play area, laboratory, cafeteria, bus parking and associated facilities. A land lease agreement has signed with the client to develop this project. Bid evaluation is currently in progress for the main contract. An award is expected in early 2018.
