This project involves the construction of new headquarters of Flydubai at Warsan 3, adjacent to Al Awir Road and Emirates Road 163 in Dubai. It will cover a land area of 100,000 square metres site will incorporate training facilities for flydubai employees. flydubai employees will enjoy a modern comfortable working environment as well as have access to a range of sports facilities, a medical clinic and a choice of eateries. It will comprise 4 buildings: Headquarters (GF+10 Upper Floors) - approximate built-up area (BUA) of 33,740 square meters; Recreational Center (GF+2 Upper Floors) - approximate BUA of 7,000 square meters; Cabin Crew Training Center (GF+2 Upper Floors) - approximate BUA of 12,000 square meters; City Check-in (GF+1 Upper Floor) - approximate BUA of 5,100 square meters. The development is currently under design stage.
