This project involves construction of Mirkaaz Mall, strategically located at the juncture of Ajman and Sharjah, near both the Sharjah and Dubai International Airports. This mall is to be built over the 92,903sqm land area and will host a hypermarket that will cover a total of 15,000sqm, while also encompassing more than 100 retail stores. It will become the new shopping, dining, recreation destination in Ajman. The project features an atrium roof (more than 7,900sqm) using ETFE technology to provide natural UV light within the mall. With just 20 minutes away from the Dubai International airport, the mall will be easily accessible via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Combining all new aesthetics and innovations, Mirkaaz will offer an array of well-planned and convenient facilities for efficient functioning of business and visitors. The project is currently under tendering stage.
