The project is about construction of a 29-storey residential tower. The tower is located at the East Walk section of the plaza at Sowwah Square in Abu Dhabi cost up to $ 1bn. It comprise of phase 2 of Maryah Plaza development. The first tower will have 144 luxurious one -, two - bedroom apartments and the penthouses. The total area of the community is 153 000 square meters. It was expected to be completed in 2022.
