Mall Construction Project - The Avenues Khobar
Construction of a mall. The project is located at the northwestern corner of the intersection of King Saud Road with Prince Sultan Road in Khobar in Saudi Arabia. The super-regional mall will provide a different shopping experience to residents and visitors to the city. The main section of the mall will be three storeys high and the total gross leasable area is just under 400,000m2 with 17,300 car parking spaces. The mall will contain a large indoor and outdoor food court, a traditional Arabic souk and entertainment area.
