This project involves construction of MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, spanning over 898,786 square feet and covering 550 metres of the Dubai Creek Waterfront. MAG Creek will include a WorldCare Wellness Centre that spans over 120,000 square feet, making it the largest wellness centre in the world. It will offer residents and guests full access to a medical check-up clinic that guides, informs and supports healthy living choices. MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort is a World Class Wellness Resort comprising of a Wellness Hotel, Serviced Apartments, Residential Apartments, luxury Creekside Villas and the World’s largest Wellness Centre. The development aims to set new global benchmark in Wellness Masterplanning as Dubai becomes the Middles East’s largest Health tourism destination. The community also includes a luxury 96-room WorldCare Wellness Hotel, as well as a sports, fitness and leisure centre and a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and retail outlets. The project is also home to (17) waterfront mansions overlooking Dubai Creek, (75) luxury apartments and (172) serviced wellness holiday homes that will all be fully furnished and available for freehold ownership. The project is currently under design stage.
