This project involves construction of Le Mirage City Walk on Plot No. 23150001 at Bin Mahmoud area in Qatar. The project involves Construction of five residential buildings, with a common 2 level basement, Ground + 7 floors, Technical and Roof floor comprising a total of (400) contemporary apartments, covering an approximate built-up area of 93,069 square meters on a 13,099 square meter plot area and an allotted (462 Nos.) of parking slots for its residents. It will include QatarÂ’s first residential project having a roof top air-conditioned jogging track, giving its residents a chance to take a birdÂ’s-eye view of the city while jogging. Block A has (72) apartments and and a coffee shop as an amenity. Block B comprises (94) apartments, a spa, gymnasium and classrooms.
