This project is in Jeddah. It will be developed on Durrat Al-Arous Road and cover an area of three million square metres. It will accommodate over 95,000 residents. The project involves construction of 25,000 housing units comprising a ground floor and four additional floors along with associated facilities. The residential buildings comprise two types of ground floor (with and without retail shops). It will consist of (1,250) residential buildings, (24) mosques, one hospital, two polyclinics, a water purification plant, a wastewater treatment plant, a Red Crescent station, a police station and a centre for people with special needs. There will also be seven schools for boys and seven for girls along with restaurants and other facilities.
