Jeddah Park (Al Serafi Mega City) mixed-use development will be located at Tahlia area in Jeddah. The project is about Development of a mixed-use scheme comprising a 5-star hotel, office towers and a shopping mall. It consists of Jeddah Park Mall, Jeddah Park Residences, Jeddah Park Hotel and Jeddah Park Business Towers. The 5-star hotel comprises a ground floor and (24) additional floors; the 2 office towers will each comprise a ground floor and (24) additional floors; including a shopping mall comprising a basement level, a ground floor and 3 additional floors. Local Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor. Foundation works are currently in progress.
