The project involves the construction of a hotel building. This project will be built at Al Saad in Qatar.Al Sadd (Arabic: اَلسَّدّ‎, romanized: As Sadd) is a neighborhood of Doha, the capital city of the state of Qatar. As one of the country oldest surviving mixed-use districts, the neighborhood is home to hundreds of families and residences, and several malls are also found in this vast neighborhood such as the Centrepoint Mall, Lulu Centre, and Royal Plaza. Rumeilah Hospital and The Children Hospital are also based in the district. Since the 21st century, the district has witnessed massive development, resulting in the addition of thousands of residential units and a skyline dominated by Western-style high rises. This project is expected to be completed in 2022.
