The Horizon Towers will be located on Plot No. C15 in City of Lights development at Al-Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The project is about Construction of two towers with six common podiums featuring residential units ranging from 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, as well as a variety of retail outlets, a large outdoor pool and gymnasium. The project offer Free high-speed Wi-Fi in all guest rooms, Spa & fitness facilities with outdoor pool, Meeting and events facilities, Complimentary car parking, 24-hour room service along with security system. The project also includes control and computerization of lighting, ventilation, cooling, shades, apparatuses and innovation. Tower A shall comprise 57 floors, while Tower B will comprise 38 floors, ample of rooms, a ground floor, roof top along with a huge perking area. Invitation to bid for the main contract is expected in August 2008, with submission of bids expected by October 2008. An award is anticipated by December 2008, with construction expected to commence in February 2009.
