The project includes 445-room serviced hotel apartments surrounded by upscale and stylish coffee shops, retail boutiques and restaurants. It will have a net leasable area of 51,699 square metres. The hotel will comprise a wide mix of quality serviced apartments from small studio units to expansive three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses. The hotel will be located in Qatar's capital Doha at the upscale and exclusive man-made island, Pearl-Qatar.
