This project will be located in the Hessah Al Mubarak district and along the Arabian Gulf Road in Kuwait. The project is about Construction of two skyscrapers comprising total of (212) units. Hessah Towers spans a total built-up area of 6.3ha, and each 40-storey tower features three-bedroom apartments and duplexes. Hessah AlMubarak District is the first-ever comprehensive, district in Kuwait.With its unique location overlooking the sea,and its close proximity to the downtown business hub, Hessah AlMubarak District promises its residents and those who work there an unprecedented experience. This urban cluster combines leisure, shopping, offices and living areas with the assurance of delivering quality lifestyle. The all-inclusive community that delivers a sophisticated quality lifestyle. The District additionally includes public gardens, walkways and green open spaces for ease, convenience and walkability throughout the neighborhood. Hessah Towers project was conceptualised and designed. Hessah Towers will cover a total built-up area of and each tower consists of floors comprised of three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and townhouses adjacent to the towers, for a total of units that all enjoy panoramic sea and city views. Townhouses will also be developed adjacent to the towers. Additional amenities in the project include a private health club, a gym, gardens, outdoor entertainment areas, private roof gardens, and a multi-storey parking facility. Client will develop 40% of the project through its affiliate company, MENA Homes. The project was conceptualised and designed. Client has recently launched this development.
