Construction of a 300-bed general hospital. Khatib&Alami (K&A) is the lead designer for its first healthcare project, a 300-bed general hospital to be located at a prime site in the heart of the capital Riyadh. The development of the proposed hospital, at the Cairo Intersection in the growing business district of Olaya in Riyadh, will support the aims of the Saudi Vision 2030 to improve the quality of healthcare services and facilities through private sector participation. With a built-up area of 39,456 sq m, the hospital will provide a full breadth of healthcare and diagnostics services.
