The project’s scope of work consist of construction of Dragon Mart Furniture Showroom Complex on Plot No. IC1-DM002-G at Dragon City in Dubai . As part of the expansion of Dragon City, the client is launching Furniture Showrooms, which lies to the north of the existing Dragon Mart 1. Total built-up area for the building is around 35,000 square meters. It includes 18 showrooms on the ground floor with an approximate area of 11,781 square meters and a multi story parking for around 900 cars on the upper floors (3 levels). The project entails expansion works and will have more than 10,000 m² of leasable space. Facilities and Amenities includes 24 Hour Security, CCTV System, High Speed Elevators, Stylish Finishing, Good transportation system etc.
