The venture's extent of work includes the development of fuel oil stockpiling and treatment office for Fujairah port situated at Port of Fujairah, Fujairah. The task likewise incorporates a cubic meters fuel oil stockpiling and treatment office at the Port of Fujairah. The organization intends to manufacture stockpiling tanks and an office to treat up to barrels every day of fuel oil to diminish the sulfur content. Key Features of the proposed Tank Farm Project in Fujairah are: Land Area: 100,000 m2 Total Capacity: 550,000 CBM (350,000 CBM Clean (Gasoil & Gasoline) & 200,000 CBM Dirty (Fuel oil) No. of Tanks: 22 Nos. (12 Nos. Floating Roof Tanks + 10 Nos. Cone Roof Tanks) Loading/Unloading capacity of Fuel Oil – 5000 m3/Hr ; Gas Oil – 3000 m3/Hr Tank Foundation – Concrete Ring/Sand Pad, Design Guidelines – API 650/ API 620 Tank Construction: Jack-up method Capacity of Each tank: 25000 CBM, D/H = 42m/20m (To be finalized) Pipelines: 24” X 6 km – 4 Nos (Terminal to Jetty) 4 Tank Trucks Loading bays with respective pumps Fuel Oil tanks will be equipped with line heat traced. Tanks insulated with heating and blending (pulse air). Client has contracted Singapore-based Rotary Engineering to carry out an engineering study and aims to make a final investment decision on the project. Construction work is scheduled to start at the end of this year. The storage facility is expected to be ready by the end of 2019 or latest by Q2, 2020.
