This project is located at Ruwais in Abu Dhabi. The project is about Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to build the central petrochemical process cracker. Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge), a 60:40 joint venture of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) and Austrias Borealis will develop this project. Operating and maintaining a petrochemical complex located in the Ruwais industrial area of Abu Dhabi that is considered the world’s largest integrated polyolefin complex, Borouge plans to more than double the current capacity of its facilities of 4.5 tonnes per year by 2030.
