The scope of this project involves construction of a hospital building comprise of 25 floors. It will be located at As Sahafah in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The project design has been carried by the in-house team of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Centre (HMC). The hospital will contain 400 beds and 290 clinics on 290,000 square meters. The hospital will work on applying virtual healthcare system (Cyber Care) so as to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for multiple categories of patients depending on the remote healthcare (VCare) via advanced digital and technological systems. The hospital will also incorporates 100 beds for intensive care, 50 beds for emergencies, 16 birthing room, 2 equipped cardiac catheterization rooms, and 10 operation rooms. The tender for the main construction contract is currently in progress. The main construction contract is expected to be awarded in Q2 2019 and the project is expected to be completed by Q4 of 2021.
