Dasman Residential Development Project
This project will be located at Dasman area in Kuwait. Construction of a residential tower comprising (27) floors offering (75) sea-facing units, including a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments. It will cover a total gross construction area of approximately 24,000 square meters, providing approximately 12,000 square meters of net residential apartments. The design provides parking for 133 cars with 127 tenant spaces located in 3 basement levels. Basement structural works are currently in progress.
