Courtyard by Marriott Cultural Village Hotel Project - Al Jaddaf
This project involves construction of 4-star hotel Courtyard Apartments by Marriott on Plot No. 326-914 at Al-Jaddaf area of Dubai and cover a total built-up area of 17,143 square meters. The property is owned by a local investor . The hotel consists of the following: 3-level basement that comprises stores, water tanks, fire pump rooms, MEP rooms and a car park area (approximately 55 vehicles); a ground floor comprising retail area, guest & employee entrances, reception and waiting area, lobby cafe, dining area, bar, elevators and service rooms; 1st floor consisting of an all-day restaurant, administration offices and meeting rooms; (10) typical floors comprising (180) standard guestrooms, (10) suites, toilets and guest services; roof, which comprises a swimming pool, recreational area, gymnasium, lockers, MEP rooms and service facilities. The project is currently under design stage. Local Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) has been awarded a contract to provide conceptual design, schematic design, design development, preparation of tender documents and tender analysis. Appointment of a main contractor is expected by the end of 2016. The scheme is anticipated to be completed in early 2018.
