Construction of a commercial/residential building comprising a ground, a mezzanine floor and 8 floors. Mixed use building for residential and commercial. This project will be located on Plot No. E1-13 at Al Owaid in Fujairah. Local Islamic Building Contracting Establishment has been appointed as the main contractor, while Islamic Electrical & Sanitary Contracting is the MEP contractor. This project is expected to be completed by 2021.
