Commercial Building Project - New Administrative Capital.
Construction of commercial building. Egypt’s new administrative capital is located 45km east of Cairo on the way to the port City of Suez. The project is supposed to offer thousands of jobs and stimulate the economy. Constructed on a plot admeasuring 4,300 square metres with built-up area of 23,000 square metres, the project is an 8-storey building with 205 units and two floors of packing area spread over 8,500 square metres. The company aims to invest around EGP 100 million in initial construction works during December 2020 for completion by 2022. Land alone costs EGP 100 million.
