Al Najda Street is a popular area in Abu Dhabi now known as Fatima Bint Mubarak Street. Najda is an Arabic word which means “to rescue.” The street was named after Abu Dhabi's main fire station. This area is situated in the downtown area of Abu Dhabi, this makes it easy to reach other key areas of the emirate. This project involves construction of a commercial building, will be located on Plot No. C35, Sector No. E-11 at Al Najda Street in Abu Dhabi . IN A NUTSHELL: • The area is comprised of a cluster of mid-rise towers • There are more residential buildings as compared to villas • It is located in the centre of the city, near downtown Abu Dhabi • The street is surrounded by multiple government offices Local Transport & General Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor. Ground works are currently in progress. The development is expected to be completed by December 2019.
