Engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of Central Processing Platform. This project is at Al-Shaheen Oil Field located in Qatari waters 80 kilometers north of Ras Laffan with facilities consisting of 33 platforms and more than 300+ wells. Al-Shaheen is Qatar's largest offshore oil field and one of the largest offshore oil fields in the world. Package 6 includes a new central processing platform expected to house one processing train plus power generation and water injection facilities. The new process platform will host more than 33,000 tones of steelwork. The platform's deck is expected to weigh up to 17,000 tones, with the jacket tipping the scales at around 8300 tones, while piles would weigh an additional 8000 tones.
