This project involves construction of Binghatti Platinum residential building located at the heart of the Silicon Oasis community. The project involves construction of a residential building comprising two (2) basement levels, a ground floor and thirteen (13) floors . It features amenities, including a heat-controlled swimming pool, a gym, childrenÂ’s play area, a health club , 170 residential units, including 99 studios, 71 two-bedroom, a public terrace for residents and four shops. Local Engineering Construction has been appointed as the main contractor. Construction is in progress and is expected to be completed by Q2 of 2019. Binghatti Platinum is among a number of projects that are currently being developed in Dubai Silicon Oasis including Binghatti Stars, Binghatti Crystals, with a total of 981 units being currently developed.
