This project will be located at Al Mirqab Al Jadeed street in Doha, Qatar. The project consist with the task of Construction of a tower comprising (3) basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and (20) additional floors which will include a commercial building, showroom and a hotel apartment building also comprising retail section, restaurants and hotel serviced apartments that are intended as “extended stay” apartments. Total floor area will be approx. 76,810 sqm. The project may also include a 150 m high steel structure tower that would add an additional flare to the design. The architectural design has been prepared and shows the French influence.
