The project involves the construction of mixed-use buildings. This project will be located at Dibba Al Hisn in Sharjah. . It aims to utilize the available spaces to provide the best facilities and high-quality services, which support family stability and privacy in residential neighborhoods. The residential complex will comprise 424 apartments, varying in terms of the number of rooms, in addition to commercial stores, nurseries, multi-use halls, parking lots, and more. It will also provide diversity in terms of its urban façade through three architectural styles that offer an aesthetic character adding to the urban developments of residential areas in Sharjah. The project is expected to be completed by 2025.
