This project involves construction of Al Hail Green residential scheme in Oman. The project involves Construction of a residential development consisting seven blocks, each comprising a ground floor and 5 additional floors with (168) units of 3 bedrooms along with five blocks, each comprising a ground floor and 7 additional floors with (192) dwelling units of 2 bedrooms, including a parking capacity for (440) vehicles. The advancement comprises of retail and private units.The diverse capacities are gathered around a conventional greenery enclosure structure which gives solidarity to the improvement, and permits a free elucidation of the structure form.Procurement and Construction of Civil and MEP works identified with Construction of Town Houses, Villas, Club House, External Works including recreational offices and administrations foundation. The project also includes mechanization includes control and computerization of lighting, ventilation, cooling, shades, apparatuses, security and innovation. Local Contracting Company has been appointed as the main contractor. Foundation works are currently in progress. The development is expected to be completed in first quarter of 2020.
