This project involves development of the first phase of Ajdan Waterfront in the city of Al Khobar, eastern province of Saudi Arabia. Overlooking the open blue sea and strategically located at the heart of the Corniche, Ajdan Waterfront bustles with life and energy. It is understood that bids have been submitted for the main building works contract. It is being implemented in joint venture with a local Holding company. An award is expected by the end of first quarter of 2017. Ajdan Waterfront scheme is a mixed-use development expected to be completed by the end of 2020. Once complete, the project will include seven towers, with a built-up area of 450,537 square meters.
