Ajdan Waterfront Project - Phase 1
This project involves development of the first phase of Ajdan Waterfront in the city of Al Khobar, eastern province of Saudi Arabia. Overlooking the open blue sea and strategically located at the heart of the Corniche, Ajdan Waterfront bustles with life and energy. While transforming the Al Khobar Waterfront project into one of the most luxurious destinations in the Kingdom, it encapsulates three stunning highlights in one lavish development: Ajdan Walk, Boulevard Ajdan, and Ajdan Rise. The project covers an estimated area of 40,000 sqm. Ajdan Rise consists of two luxurious residential towers. Each tower contains 40 floors of 180 housing units. 90 percent of the available units have magnificent view on the sea. Amenities include: • Restaurants, • Modern gyms, • Swimming pools, and • Spa. It also includes a five-star hotel that provides top-tier services. The hotel sprawls over 6,800 square meters and comprises from 275 units. Moreover, the project also contains 17,000-square-meter Ajdan Walk, which has: • A number high-end restaurants, • An entertainment city, • Athlete walkway, • Gardens, • Water fountains, and • 268 Parking lots. • Cafés offering the finest international cuisine and • Modern kitchens. The project will provide an innovative and classy environment, in accordance with a modern style for a different and renewable life in the Kingdom. We believe in the necessity of creating integrated commercial and residential products to conform to the development occurring in Saudi society and to meet the desire of a segment of citizens seeking destinations characterized by their privacy and luxury. It is understood that bids have been submitted for the main building works contract. It is being implemented in joint venture with a local Holding company. An award is expected by the end of first quarter of 2017. Ajdan Waterfront scheme is a mixed-use development expected to be completed by the end of 2020. Once complete, the project will include seven towers, with a built-up area of 450,537 square meters.
