Administration Building Construction Project - Jubail University College
This project will be developed within Jubail University College in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Core Building is a five-story mixed-use structure with approximately 151,697 m build up area. The Site Works includes roads and earthworks, storm drainage system including sump pits, sanitary waste water system, potable and fire water system, chilled water system, treated sewage effluent system (irrigation system), electrical works for storm drainage sump pits, area lighting, telecommunication system and landscape. According to the RCJ, the new college headquarters will accommodate up to 18,000 students and have health and recreational facilities, as well as housing for students and staff. A field survey has been conducted for future requirements in the current disciplines at the RCJÂ’s colleges and institutes sector, including chemical engineering, industrial labs, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, electrical and electronic power engineering, civil, polymers and non-destructive testing (NDT) engineering, business management and accounting. Minimum Requirements: Possess a valid Classification Certificate in the field of Buildings. The Certificate must be of applicable financial grade based on the proposal value. Possess a valid Commercial Registration. Possess a valid Zakat Certificate. Possess a valid Chamber of Commerce Certificate. Possess a valid Clearance Certificate from GOSI. Possess a valid Certificate of achievement of Saudization percentage from Ministry of Labor. The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available for purchase from the Royal Commission Building, Jubail by submitting the following: A declaration signed by a duly authorized representative of the Company/Establishment certifying that the Company/Establishment possesses the required official documents mentioned above and authorizing the declaration bearer to pay documents value and collect the RFP documents. A certified non-refundable check from a Saudi Arabian Bank drawn in favor of Royal Commission in Jubail. Companies and Establishments interested in purchasing Bid Documents and meeting the minimum of the above-mentioned requirements may have access to Bid Documents at the offices of Supply Management Department in RC Building prior to purchasing.
