This project will be built at The Line, which is described as a 170km belt of hyper-connected future communities, without cars and roads and built around nature as part of Neom Development in Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq. mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea. The adits and portals will be openings and access points for the 30 kilometres (km) of tunnels that form part of the 170 km infrastructure backbone of the project.
