This project involves development of Thumrait Industrial City located at Dhofar Governorate in Oman. The tender for developing the industrial city will be floated locally and internationally during 2019. The tenders of developing Shinas and Thumrait Industrial Cities will be floated locally and internationally as investment opportunities in the development field. It is also expected that development in Mahas area will commence in addition to other major projects. It was revealed that there are a number of strategic projects with significant investments in the final stages in Suhar and Sur Industrial Cities. One of the most important aspects that was organised and re-design its procedural steps was the process of studying investment applications. The project is currently in concept stage and is expected to be completed by 2021-end.
